Earlens Connectivity

The Earlens Contact Hearing Solution and the Earlens Control app have been tested with Apple’s iOS 15 and iOS 15. Apple’s Operating System (iOS) runs your iPhone and is responsible for managing the connectivity between the iPhone and Earlens. When updating the version of iOS on your Apple Device, the hearing aids may lose connection, requiring you to unpair and re-pair your Earlens Contact Hearing Solution with your device.

Earlens Contact Hearing Solutions and Earlens Control App are compatible with Apple iOS devices that support iOS version 15 and iOS 16.  For specific model compatibility, please refer to following Apple website.
